The reward program (“Giveaway”) offered by BloggersPassion has been created to reward you, our loyal customers, (“you,” “Partner,” “Referrer,” “Participant”) for doing what you would already do – recommending us to other people who sign on to be BloggersPassion customers/users (“Referred,” “Participant”).
We have created this Giveaway to reward these people for listening to your great advice in referring us, by offering them a reward for signing up at your reward!
This Giveaway Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and BloggersPassion and will govern your participation in any and all Giveaway offers.
By participating, you agree to the BloggersPassion Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy. You are not authorized to participate in this reward program if you do not agree to this Giveaway Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
BloggersPassion reserves the right to modify this Giveaway Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you.
BloggersPassion may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Giveaway without further notice.
BloggersPassion also reserves the right to disqualify any customer or prospect at any time from participation in the Giveaway.
Here are some of the simple rules of our giveaway;
- Don’t create fake social media profiles/pages to gain more points
- Don’t use fake email addresses
- Don’t use the same IP address for signups
- Don’t use email addresses from the same company for signups
- Participation is completely free and you don’t need to buy anything for participation
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method: The Sponsor will award a prize to one or more individuals who enter at the Giveaway point of entry (“Giveaway Landing Page”) using the selection method identified below.
The Giveaway Landing Page will specify the Sponsor, prize(s), approximate product value, how to enter, and when the Giveaway begins and ends (which may be sooner than the end dates and times provided depending on the available supply of prizes).
Potential winner(s) will be selected based on Points from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are a winner, an email notification will be sent to you.
Additional Terms: Sponsors, together with BloggersPassion, reserves the right to modify or cancel a Giveaway at any time.
Sponsor and BloggersPassion and its affiliates are not responsible for:
- (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information;
- (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;
- (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Giveaway materials
Sponsor, together with BloggersPassion, may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Giveaway; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified.
